Rock Island Arsenal Px - Rock Island Arsenal is the headquarters of the United States Army, the headquarters of the First Army, and is located on an island of 946 hectares on the Mississippi River between Quad, Davenport, Iowa, and Rock Island and Moline, Illinois. Rock Island Arsenal is a powerful military installation. All visitors must enter via the Moline (Illinois) exit from River Drive. Visitors without a Ministry of Defense approved ID card or aged 18 or over must obtain a ticket at the Moline Gate Visitor Center - Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. If the Moline Gate Visitor Center is closed, tickets will be issued at the Moline Gate.

To obtain a visa, visitors will need a driver's license, a government-issued identification card, or a passport. Residents of Minnesota, Missouri and Washington will need an additional form to use with their state-issued driver's license or ID. Other acceptable documents include a Social Security card or vehicle registration with name and address. Foreigners are not allowed to enter Rock Island Arsenal unless they are visiting Rock Island Arsenal on official business.
